Ans: If you're a nonprofit, civic or government entity with aims to benefit society with your project, we will be happy to review your project and offer you free use of our services.

Q: How does the 15-day free trial work?
Ans: The 15-day trial provides you with 15 days to test any of our paid service plans. The 15-day trial is absolutely free - no billing information is required. At the end of the 15-day period, we will automatically limit your subscription to the free package, unless you've made payment to stay with the paid plan.

Q: When will I be charged?
Ans: If you decide to keep your account after the 15 day free trial you will be able to submit payment at any time.

Q: Is there any cancellation fee or contract to sign?
Ans: No, there are no cancellation fees or contracts to sign. All services are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

Q: Can I use my own domain name?
Ans: Yes, with both the Basic and Professional plan you can use your own domain name. This can be changed from the settings screen.

Q: Can I make the feedback private?
Ans: Yes some plans allow you to require a valid login before being able to view the forum.

Ans: Yes but the level of customization depends on the plan that you choose. There are 3 levels of customization, custom logo, custom colors and custom design. Availability depends on the chosen plan.

Q: What happens when a user runs out of votes?
Ans: When a user runs out of votes they will no longer be able to vote on new ideas. They can move votes around on existing ides as needed to vote on new ideas if they are out of votes.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade at anytime?
Ans: Yes, if you decide the plan you are using isn't quite fitting your needs you can decide to upgrade or downgrade at anytime.

Q: Can I install your software on my servers?
Ans: No, I'm sorry you cannot. FeedbackRoad is a service that we host and manage only on our servers. This makes it easier for everyone as we take out the hassles of day to day server management.
